Innovative Approaches for Mountain Communities

Leadership Exchange Travel

North American & European Mountain Destinations

In a world of virtual experiences and remote meetings, there remains no substitute for the knowledge, ideas and team building gained through travel exchanges with your peers.

Through Mountain Strategies, your staff, future leaders or your Board members and elected officials will gain lasting relationships and witness best practices in some of the most iconic mountain destinations in the world. Areas of focus during peer-visits often include; village planning and ski/gondola operations, business development, arts & culture, workforce housing projects, short-term rental policies, visitor management, multi-mode transportation solutions, and special event planning and execution.

During the trip-planning phase, Mountain Strategies will work with prospective attendees to build a trip that caters to the specific learning and experiences desired by the group.
